After comparing a few brands, I went with this one. Power is impressive for the size. The Kubota engine starts right up cold and never bogs down, even when loading gravel. We added it to a pipeline crew and it’s already the most-used machine on the lot. Arrived faster than I expected with all the paperwork included. The Kubota engine is the real star here. Beast of a machine
Operators at a county road crew all comment on how responsive it is. No lag in the controls at all. Tracks grip well on the slope behind our place. I’ve had it on wet ground prepping a building pad with no trouble. Shipping was free and the freight driver called ahead to set up delivery. Dig depth and breakout force are better than I expected. digging a pond that used to take all day now takes a couple hours. The cab is comfortable for long days. Heater works great for winter digging a pond. If you’re considering it, do it.
