This Billing Policy explains how pricing, payment and charges work when you order from Kubota Excavator. Our goal is simple: no surprises and no hidden fees.

Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD).
  • The price shown on the product page is the price you pay for the machine. Any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Free freight shipping is included on all eligible orders to the lower 48 states — see our Shipping & Delivery policy.
  • Prices may change at any time, but the price in effect when you place your order is the price that applies to that order.

Accepted Payment Methods

The payment options available to you are shown at checkout. We currently support order-by-invoice and bank/wire transfer, and our team can help you complete payment securely by phone. If you have a preferred payment method, contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate it.

When You Are Charged

  • Your order is confirmed once payment (or an agreed invoice) is received and verified.
  • We will email you an order confirmation with an itemized summary of your purchase.
  • We never store full payment-card details on our servers.

Sales Tax

Where required by law, applicable state and local sales tax is calculated based on your delivery address and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Confirmation & Receipts

You will receive a written confirmation and receipt for every order by email. Please keep it for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact us right away so we can resend it.
