Billing Terms & Conditions

These Billing Terms & Conditions govern payment for orders placed with Kubota Excavator. By submitting an order you agree to the terms below. They work alongside our Terms & Conditions and Billing Policy.

1. Authorization to Charge

By placing an order and providing payment information, you authorize Kubota Excavator (or its payment processor) to charge the total order amount — including the product price and any applicable taxes — using the payment method you provide. You confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method.

2. Pricing Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate. In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the affected order and, where payment has already been taken, to issue a full refund. We will contact you before taking any such action.

3. Order Verification

For your protection and ours, we may verify billing and shipping details before processing an order. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, unauthorized or in violation of these terms.

4. Declined or Failed Payments

If a payment is declined or cannot be verified, your order will not be processed until valid payment is received. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by declined or delayed payments.

5. Currency & Fees

All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). Any currency-conversion charges, bank fees or international transaction fees imposed by your financial institution are your responsibility.

6. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable sales, use or similar taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address where required by law.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we resolve the vast majority of issues quickly and directly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that we believe are made in error or bad faith and to provide supporting documentation to the payment provider.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund eligibility and timelines are described in our Return Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Billing Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place your order applies to that order.
