Report a Security Issue

At Kubota Excavator, the security of our customers’ data and our website is a top priority. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability or a privacy concern, we want to hear from you and we appreciate your help in keeping our customers safe.

How to Report

Please email a detailed report to sales@kubotaexcavator.com with the subject line “Security Issue.” You can also call us at +1 (213) 800 9299 during business hours. To help us investigate quickly, please include:

  • A clear description of the issue and the potential impact.
  • Step-by-step instructions to reproduce it.
  • The URL(s), page(s) or feature(s) affected.
  • Any screenshots, logs or proof-of-concept details (please do not include other people’s personal data).
  • How we can contact you for follow-up.

Responsible Disclosure

We ask that you:

  • Give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the issue before disclosing it publicly.
  • Do not access, modify or delete data that does not belong to you.
  • Do not perform attacks that could harm the reliability of our services (for example, denial-of-service), or use social engineering, spam or physical attacks.
  • Act in good faith and comply with all applicable laws.

If you follow these guidelines, we will not pursue or support legal action against you in connection with your report.

Our Commitment

  • We will acknowledge your report as quickly as possible, typically within a few business days.
  • We will investigate, keep you informed of our progress, and work to resolve confirmed issues promptly.
  • We will treat your report confidentially and will credit researchers who wish to be acknowledged once an issue is resolved.

Protecting Your Account

For general account safety, always use a strong, unique password, keep your contact details current, and be cautious of unsolicited messages asking for payment or personal information. Kubota Excavator will never ask you for your full password.
