Warranty & Replacement

Every machine sold by Kubota Excavator is covered by a manufacturer-backed warranty so you can buy and operate with confidence. This page explains what is covered, what is not, and how to request warranty parts or a replacement.

Warranty Coverage

  • Coverage period: 1-year limited parts warranty from the date of delivery.
  • What is covered: Defects in materials or workmanship affecting major components such as the engine, hydraulic system and drivetrain under normal use.
  • What we provide: Replacement parts for covered defects, shipped to you at no charge, along with technical guidance for installation.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear items (for example: rubber tracks, filters, fluids, hoses, bucket teeth and pins).
  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, improper maintenance, modification or operation outside the machine’s rated capacity.
  • Damage from improper transport, storage, or use of non-approved attachments or fuels.
  • Cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

Please inspect your machine carefully at the time of delivery. If you see visible freight damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and take photographs. Report any damage or missing items to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim and arrange a fast resolution.
