Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase at no cost.
  • After 24 hours, the order may already be in processing or shipping and cancellation may not be possible. If a cancellation is approved after processing has begun, a cancellation fee may apply.

Returns

Because we sell heavy machinery, all sales are final once an item has shipped. We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect product selection. Please review all specifications carefully before ordering.

Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photo/video evidence of the damage, packaging and serial number.
  • Do not discard the packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Solutions We Provide (after verification)

Replacement parts, repair assistance, a partial refund, or a full refund if repair or replacement is not feasible.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping/freight charges are non-refundable unless the issue is confirmed damage or a defect.

Refused Deliveries

Deliveries refused without prior authorization are treated as returns. Return freight costs, restocking fees and associated charges may be deducted from the refund.
